Amy Higg Photography shall be the exclusive photographer retained by the client for
the purpose of photographing the wedding. On the day of the event, the photographer
will arrive at the contracted starting time, provide photography services throughout the
event and conclude services at the agreed on time. The photographer will review all
images from the event and edit those that are in keeping with the highest quality and
style of the photographer’s work. The photographer reserves the right to withhold any
images not in keeping with her standards. Clients can expect around 500-800+ final
images from a full day booking.

The distribution of photos will be as follows; High resolution digital files will be provided on a USB.
Whilst we make our best effort for a quick turnaround time, this process can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
The photos will be delivered via registered Australia Post, or otherwise discussed with the client.
Amy Higg Photography will supply the client with a USB containing the digital
photographic files, which will remain the property of the client. Amy Higg Photography
is not liable for the loss of images beyond the final delivery, it is the clients
responsibility to back up the files, another copy of the files will not be given to the
client. In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for
reasons beyond the Amy Higg photography’s control, including but not limited to
camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the photographer will return of all payments received for the event(s)
The client has permission to print and reproduce any images from the USB in any size and at any
lab. The client shall not authorise any reproductions thereof by parties other than the
Photographer or client.Amy Higg Photography will provide professionally edited images, the images are not to be edited
by anyone other than Amy Higg Photography (with the exception of cropping.)
The client is obtaining photos for personal use. These photos may not be sold for profit, nor used for any commercial purpose.
All photographic content shall remain the exclusive property of Amy Higg Photography.
The client hereby assigns Amy Higg Photography the unrestricted right to use and
publish photos of the client or in which the client may be included for advertising, trade
or promotional purposes. This may include the use of images on the Amy Higg
Photography website and Amy Higg Photographs social media sites.

Amy Higg Photography reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of
the event(s) if the photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or
offensive behaviour from person(s) at the event(s); or in the event that the safety of the
photographer is in question. 
Amy Higg Photography is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the
control of Amy Higg Photography including but not limited to obtrusive
guests, lateness of the client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications,
incorrect addresses provided to the photographer, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations.
The client is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all
locations on which the photographer will be performing services.

The client shall make a deposit to retain the Photographer to perform the services specified herein.
The deposit [1/3 of total payment] is to be paid at the time of booking and
shall be applied to reduce the total cost. 1/3 of the total balance is due 3 months prior to
the event date, the remaining 1/3 of the total balance is due 1 month prior to the event date.
In the event that the clients cancels or reschedules the event for whatever reason
the deposit [1/3 of total payment] is non-refundable. Amy Higg Photography agrees to
refund all additional paid money to the client if the services are cancelled 90 days or
more before the event. If the client cancels within 90 days of the event 30% of the total
amount will not be refunded to the client, it will be considered as liquidated damages to the photographer.

If the event is taking place outside the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane, the client is responsible for all
travel, accommodation and transport costs.

If the client has booked a 8 or 10 hour package, the client is required to provide a meal for the photographer at the reception.

exceed your expectations and provide images that delight you!
